Reputation Matters

“It’s not just about getting media and social coverage – it’s also about building and maintaining credibility,” says NewsMark Public Relations CEO, Mark Hopkinson.

A study by Forbes found that companies with strong reputations have an average return on assets (ROA) that is nearly double that of companies with a weak image.

“It’s crucial that today’s communication strategies focus on maintaining trust internally and externally. The challenge isn’t just about sustained media outreach, it’s about credibility,” Hopkinson says.

Is your reputation being overlooked in the digital media landscape?

Although constantly evolving, it’s a landscape rich in opportunities for businesses to reach and engage with their target audiences through a wide variety of platforms, including podcasts, social media, television, newspapers, magazines, syndicated news services, online news portals, financial trading sites, and radio.

Online Presence

In today’s digital age, a weak or nonexistent online presence can result in lost opportunities. A Google study found that 50% of consumers who conducted a local search on their smartphone visited a store within a day, and 18% of those searches resulted in a purchase. It’s important to actively manage and maintain your online image to ensure that it accurately reflects your business, resonates with your target audience, establishes your brand, and drives business growth.

That’s where NewsMark Public Relations makes the difference for our clients. We work to create and maintain a strong online identity for our clients by helping them develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This includes creating, optimizing, and maintaining a professional website, leveraging social media platforms, engaging content creation, and being listed in relevant review sites and online directories. In this way we help our clients effectively connect with their desired audience, solidify their brand identity, and increase business through their digital presence.

Promoting Resort Lifestyle in Mexico
website development project by NewsMark Public Relations

This project website for resort lifestyle in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, is built on the premise that, for many, the practice of continuosly scrolling through website content has become the norm. The “infinite scroll”, on many social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter allows users to continuously scroll up or down a page on their mobile devices. We applied the Infinite Scroll to this project because our research revealed that a larger number of site visitors were using mobile devices. The result: a significant increase in mobile traffic!
