New York, New York, Jan. 08 — Noteworthy mention in The New York Times today about the past work of our law firm client, Attorney Mark Tepper.
Before he established his law practice in Ft. Lauderdale to represent investors, Attorney Mark Tepper was the former Assistant Attorney General and Chief Trial Counsel at the Bureau of Investor Protection and Securities for the New York Attorney General.
The excellent piece by New York Times reporter Anita Gates recaps the notorious life of the late Adela Holzer who was successfully prosecuted by Mr. Tepper for defrauding investors.
