Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., Feb 21, 2017 – Andrew Greene, a retired Broward school teacher whose claim for damages against Merrill Lynch was upheld by a FINRA arbitrator, says the result proves that the “little guy can win too,” when taking on big institutions.
Greene was celebrating the recent decision by a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrator, after his attorney Mark Tepper filed the claim for damages last July. Merrill Lynch had recommended BreitBurn Energy Partners LP. [OTCMKTS: BBEPQ].
