BallenIsles CC Reveals Renovated North Golf Course

The $5 million design for the Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., club’s layout will deliver 18 holes of golf and also includes a Short Course that can be played quickly, answering the increasing demand for a shorter game. The grand reopening ceremony is being held December 11, during which golf instructor David Leadbetter will host a mini clinic for members.
BallenIsles Country Club is re-launching a newly designed North Golf Course, which will include a BallenIsles Short Course integrated into the redesign. The Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., club is managed by Troon Golf.
The grand opening on December 11 is unveiling a more than $5 million redesign by golf course Architect Kipp Schulties that will deliver 18 holes of golf that are challenging and rewarding to all handicap levels. It includes a short (executive) course that can be played quickly, answering the increasing demand for a shorter game where members can play a full game and still be in time for other commitments.
Confirmed VIP guests attending the grand re-opening include Dana Garmany, Troon Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Allan Kournikova, Junior Golfer, U.S. Kids Golf Champion and European Champion. Kournikova is featured in the new golf documentary “The Short Game,” which chronicles eight 7- and 8-year-olds as they prepared for and played in the U.S. Kids Golf World Championships.
David Leadbetter, golf instructor to countless PGA Tour, European PGA Tour, LPGA Tour and Champions Tour players, whose innovative and creative teaching techniques earned him the ranking by Golf Digest as the World’s #1 Golf Instructor, will host a mini clinic for members.
BallenIsles has also heralded a new standard of wellness and fitness with its $26 million state-of-the-art Sports Complex. Out of nearly 200 Clubs managed worldwide by Troon Golf, BallenIsles has been awarded the distinction “Facility of the Year.”
