Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. Oct 1 – BallenIsles Country Club is enjoying a surge in home sales and new memberships at the Club that is also home to a $26 million state-of-the-art Sports Complex.
The country club reports that home sales at BallenIsles in 2012 are up 20% as sales of existing single-family homes continue to show gains over the same period last year.
“In this pending election year, with volatile world financial markets and a national economy that continues to struggle, the local real estate market is not out of the woods yet, but we are beginning to see definite signs of return on our investments in building brand awareness and growing brand equity,” BallenIsles General Manager Derrick Barnett said.
“In January we implemented targeted marketing efforts which included rebranding the website, collateral materials and the launch of a robust social marketing campaign integrated with media marketing programs. It is significant that we’re seeing these early signs of tangible progress at a time that many competing club communities are experiencing flat sales or even a decline in their sales performance,” BallenIsles Director of Marketing, Brian Merbler added.
The extraordinary quality of life story at BallenIsles is strongly reflected in a continued dedication to Club marketing efforts that include an integrated marketing plan with greater reach and market penetration than ever before.
It blends the best of traditional and emerging media to target and track prospective members. Performance metrics are continually analyzed across a strong mix of paid, earned and owned media to ensure that every marketing dollar in its marketing budget is being used as effectively as possible.
A cable TV advertising outreach program that has already shown measurable success in local south Florida markets has been combined with outreach to select markets in the north east during popular televised tennis and golf events. At the same time, a strong public relations outreach program has helped generate excellent news coverage for marquee golf and tennis events at BallenIsles, which is also home to Tennis icons Serena and Venus Williams. BallenIsles also recently announced a preferred real estate relationship with Waterfront Properties & Club Communities to assist in marketing and selling homes within BallenIsles, using a sophisticated marketing platform to aggressively promote it locally, nationally and internationally, while building on the Club’s existing marketing efforts.
Highly regarded for its 3 championship golf courses, where many golf legends originally qualified for the PGA Tour, BallenIsles is also home to a $26 million state-of-the-art Sports Complex that is testimony to the Club’s extraordinary commitment to a healthy member lifestyle.
Out of nearly 200 Clubs managed worldwide by Troon Golf, BallenIsles has been awarded the distinction “Facility of the Year”. For more information visit www.BallenIsles.org. MEDIA CONTACT: Mark Hopkinson NewsMark Public Relations 561-852-5767 mhopkinson@newsmarkpr.com
